my luck with electronics..

i may not be as bad as some people when it comes to caring for my electronics but i still do my best! my pretty pink razor phone is broken. the keys no longer work properly resulting in me frantically searching on ebay so i can talk to my dearest friends again!! my phone was pretty old already- we had gotten it off ebay in the first place- but now this is just sad... so sorry anybody if i'm not texting you back. my phone is simply not working. this is just like what happened to my camera, olivia! except she got sand in her lends so i guess it's not EXACTLY the same but you catch my drift.

i am currently not myself at the moment because i have what appears to be something like a cold. eating top-ramen and curled up in front of the fireplace... cough drops and water by my side... id post pictures of this tragedy but i dont have my camera uploader and this computer is the slowest on the entire west cost. i've been reading like there's no tomorrow- harry potter, of course! and look like i've just been drowned.. not quite as dead though. i surprisingly have energy but just not as much as usual so it's turning me into a zombie. anyways! how's everyone doing? good? great? BETTER than great? AMAZING? glad to hear it! keep blogging cause i want to know what everyones up to!!!

so you know how we love thrift store shopping? i think that goes for all types of shopping. including NORDSTROM RACK in seattle!!!
we first had to take the ferry over from bainbrisge island....

sometimes we kind of stalk people. son't worry this was not a picture that i took. it was my crazy cousin!!!

we tried on some lovely things.... ha

but after we made our voyage OUT of nordstrom we went to go meet our other wonderful cousin chloe to take her back to the farm with us!!

july 6th. farm

wednesday morning we left our amazing hotel to drive yet again towards our final destination-which we finally reached :)

for future reference: if you add coke zero to our craziness, we will sing even louder to lexa's wedding cd. all i can say is...sorry gram and george

july 5th. spokane :)

from what i can remember, last tuesday we drove for a long while through 3  different states in that tiny little 5 person car. through wyoming, montana, AND idaho. we finally arrived in Spokane and were all extremely over the moon  happy about the hotel that we were staying in. Even as we drove up to the Oxford Suites we never wanted to leave. the inside was even better. There were free cookies at the counter, comfortable couches, the elevator was extraordinary, and our room was large with 2 of the most comfortable beds on the planet (even though pear slept on the couch- thanks for taking that bullet for us <3). The second we got there we found the computers and blogged for ages about yellowstone and the wedding and for some reason the room that we were sitting in to blog smelled curiously of gasoline???? oh well. we opened the door. heres what we did after we blogged.

swam. ha. we had the whole pool to ourselves.

i think you can say we had a pretty fun night in spokane.

oh my goodness

it has just been too long! i know, 7 days may not seem like a very long time but still... i have been very busy venturing around Washington with my sister, cousin, and wonderful grandparents. and there's also the slight problem that we've had absolutely no internet on the farm. that's why i am currently reporting from my aunts house in Seattle. i realize it's not exactly IN Seattle but there are creepers in this world so let's just keep it this way ;)  i never realized how much i appreciate tmy blog. i mean, it's so much fun and we all get explosive when we post (like right now: erin and pear are sitting next to me blogging away and laughing hysterically about something that some people may or may not find hilarious.... hehe.. we are finding it extremely funny) there i go again!!!! rambling. haha.i just have one last thing to say.

 internet is amazing.

Yellowstone part 2

we went to the gysers to see old faithful and the other terrible smelling geysers yesterday. They were actually pretty interesting.

we had lunch at the old faithful inn and it was sooooo gooood!!!!!!

basically these are the animals that we got on camera:

suddenly these bison like started running towards us when we were driving down the road. they literally came within 2 feet of us in our car!

these giant elk that were sitting on this patch of grass in the middle of a loop that cars drive around and tourists were getting way too close.

fun fact: Bison can run 3 times as fast as you can. DO NOT DISTURB WILDLIFE otherwise... you will be gored by these creatures.

Yellowstone

driving. driving. driving. curving this way and that, reaching unfamiliar towns, peeking in shops full of not so cute cowboys and some very adorable $350 cowboy boots that will be going on my Christmas list (if Jackson Hole ships???) i am writing from a future  destination that you will be reading about sooner or later because there was no internet connection in our hotel in Yellowstone. oh yes, Yellowstone! i'm getting there.... before we arrived at our previously mentioned destination, here are some things that we did on our 7 hour car drive....

yes we are quite the rule breakers. hehe.

we also listened to Lexas' wedding c.d about 7 times on our way, singing to all the songs of course. i believe we have actually memorized the order that the songs play in.

at least we found ways to entertain ourselves :) :) :)

I'll meet you at Walmart!

we were pretty surprised (at least us Californian's were) that there was such a thing as a 75 cent movie theatre when we went to see Soul surfer. it was such a great movie. i ALMOST cried. almost. :P afterwards we watched the fireworks that went off in the parking lots in anticipation of the 4th of July and then begged our parents to take us to Walmart. when they asked why our only response was "why not?" We got our wish and the whole way there we were yelling out the windows at random people saying "YEAH FOR WALMART" and "I'LL MEET YOU AT WALMART!!" we sang about it too :) bahaha. when we got there we met up with the Spencer family and ran through the isles of bouncy balls and tires, human bowling and riding bikes through the store. eventually we ran into the happy couple, Lex and Brian, while they were on a mission to find headphones! The whole night ended with us taking an illegal photograph in the store and eating ice cream sandwiches in the parking lot :) You can't say that we don't know how to party.

"Ultra-Go fish"

after we spent about an hour of packing and having breakfast, we managed to check out of our hotel by 10 o'clock. we had received an invitation to go to the Call's grandparents house after we checked into our new hotel so pear and i went with the Call's and drove to their house. When we arrived, spencer, pear, erin, and i all went downstairs and played poker with monopoly money, but when our little cousins Jack and Carson got their we switched to calling in "ultra go-fish".

 i had actually become pretty rich at one point but lost by the end of the game before we switched to playing assassin.
